Erris Gold Resources Ltd has changed its name to Green Glen Minerals Ltd.
LISTING
The company registered the new name with Companies House on 26 November and aims to reregister as a public limited company in mid-December 2021.
PROJECTS
Green Glen is exploring for gold in Scotland and zinc-lead-silver-gold in Norway.
It has also been engaged by Zinnwald Lithium plc to manage exploration and expenditure on its Irish (Sligo and Galway) and Swedish assets.
The company envisages expansion into green technologies metals such as silver, copper, cobalt, nickel and lithium.
HISTORY
The formation of the company followed the spinout of the Loch Tay project from Erris Resources plc following the reverse takeover by Deutsche Lithium to create Zinnwald Lithium plc.
