Liv Monica Stubholt is appointed as a non executive director of the EnQuest board with effect from 15 February 2021.
She will also become a member of the Audit Committee and the Safety, Climate and Risk Committee.
Ms Stubholt is a corporate lawyer and has extensive experience in the energy industry and across public policy and governance.
