Egdon Resources plc today said that Shell UK Ltd intended to withdraw from licences P1929 and P2304 containing the Resolution and Endeavour gas discoveries.

Discussions: the North Sea Transition Authority has also been informed (Edgon Resources)

OPTIONS

The two companies signed the farm-in agreement in August 2020.

Egdon added it would now consider its options, including its ongoing commitment to the licences.

The company will hold discussions with the North Sea Transition Authority which was also informed.
