Kavango Resources plc’s chairman and non-executive director Douglas Wright will resign at the end of 2020 to concentrate on his other business interests.
Mr Wright joined the company as non-executive chairman prior to its admission to the Official List in 2018 and helped guide the company through the IPO process.
Kavango co-founder and non-executive director Mike Moles will act as chairman until the company finds a replacement.
