Deltic Energy plc non-executive director Peter Nicol has purchased one million ordinary shares of 0.5p each into his ISA, each at a price of 1.79p.
Mr Nicol now has three million shares.
Chief financial officer Sarah McLeod transferred 282,581 ordinary shares to her individual ISA account, resulting in no significant change to her holding of 862,523 shares.
