Critical Metals plc has received £20,000 after receiving warrant exercise notices to subscribe for 200,000 new ordinary shares of £0.005 each in the company.
The warrant shares were issued pursuant to the exercise of 200,000 warrants over ordinary shares at an exercise price of 10 pence per ordinary share.
