Cornwall Resource Ltd’s director and executive director of parent company Strategic Minerals plc, Peter Wale, has retired effective from today.
Mr Wale is also leaving the board of Strategic Minerals to focus on his other business interests.
“On behalf of the board of directors, I want to thank Peter for his long standing service” said Strategic Minerals chairman Charles Manners.
