Cornish Tin Ltd said that following “an extremely strong response” it would extend its recent fundraise to the public for its Great Wheal Vor project.
MINERAL RIGHTS
Money received will advance work at a group of 26 former producing tin and copper mines near the village of Breage in Cornwall.
The company added it had unified its exploration areas with standard agreements with the mineral owners.
This gives Cornish Tin company the rights over all minerals and aggregates including tin, copper, lithium, tungsten and geothermal energy.
The fundraise via crowdfunding is due to go public on 5 April 2022.
