Cornish Metals Inc has appointed John McGloin to the board as a non-executive director.
Mr McGloin currently serves as a non-executive director of Perseus Mining Ltd, and Amphi Capital Ltd, a non-executive independent director of Caledonia Mining plc, and the non-executive chairman of Oriole Resources plc, and is the former chairman and chief executive of Amara Mining.
Mr McGloin, a geologist and graduate of Camborne School of Mines, worked in Africa within the mining industry before moving into consultancy.
He joined Arbuthnot Banking Group following four years at Evolution Securities as their mining analyst.
Mr McGloin is also the former head of mining at Collins Stewart.
