Cornish Lithium has appointed chief financial officer Varshan Gokool to the board as an executive director.
Mr Gokool joined the company in November 2020, bringing more than 20 years’ mining industry experience.
He has worked for Euromax Resources in North Macedonia, European Goldfields in Greece and Romania and Katanga Mining in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
Mr Gokool has a B.Bus.Sci (Finance & Accounting) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and is a CFA charterholder of the CFA Institute.
