Cora Gold raises £4.25m via placing-subscription

Cora Gold Ltd has conditionally raised £4,250,000 before expenses through a placing and subscription.

The fundraise was of 42,500,000 new ordinary shares of no par value at a price of 10 pence per ordinary share.
