Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has signed a joint venture (JV) agreement with Turkish miner Demir Export for the licences along the 65km gold trend in the Longford-Down Massif, Ireland.
RESOLUTION
The move follows a resolution on the agreement passed by Conroy shareholders at an extraordinary meeting held on 22 December 2021.
The JV is conditional on approval in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland for the transfer of the licences to the respective joint venture companies established under the JV.
