Conroy Gold granted three new PLs in Longford-Down Massif

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has been granted three further prospecting licences of PL3131, PL4554 and PL4559 in the Longford-Down Massif in Ireland.

Total: the JV will have 15 licences across nearly 1,000km2 (Conroy Gold)

TRANSFER

The company applied for the licences, covering 100 km2 (39 sq miles), prior to completing its joint venture (JV) with Demir Export S.A.

Conroy Gold will now apply for the licences’ transfer to Conroy Gold (Longford-Down) Ltd, one of the JV’s companies.

This will give the JV a total of 15 licences in the Longford-Down Massif and take the overall area, containing a district-scale gold trend, to nearly 1,000km2.

Conroy Gold said that the granted licences were considered to have potential for gold and base metals.
