Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc has completed the joint venture agreement with Demir Export SA for gold licences in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
CONDITIONS
The company said all outstanding conditions had been met and that it had received €1 million.
Work began at Clontibret in January 2022 and a 3,000 metre drilling programme is planned to begin in the second half of April 2022.
PHASE I
In Phase I, Turkish partner and operator Demir will spend €4.5m (excluding Demir Export in-house costs, operator fees and minimum regulatory work commitments) to earn in a 25% option in the project.
