Condor receives £1m via chairman’s warrant exercise

Condor Gold plc received £1 million following notice from its chairman to exercise warrants over 6,666,667 new ordinary shares each at 15p.

DIRECTORS’ DEALINGS

Galloway Ltd, wholly owned by Burnbrae Group Ltd which is, in turn, wholly owned by Condor’s chairman Jim Mellon gave the notice.

Non-executive director Denham Eke is also a director of Burnbrae Group Ltd and Galloway Ltd.

After the issue of shares, Galloway will hold 22.99% of Condor’s issued ordinary shares.

The company’s total issued share capital will comprise 187,457,491 new ordinary shares, each with voting rights.
