Condor Gold plc has issued 300,000 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each, at a 23p per share subscription following an options exercise for £69,000.
Non-executive director Ian Stalker received the shares and, in conjunction with Promaco Consulting Services Ltd, a company beneficially owned by him, and Promaco Ltd, a company owned by a trust of which Ian Stalker is a beneficiary, owns 776,894 ordinary shares.
Condor now has 204,842,778 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.001 each in issue with voting rights, of which 204,542,778 are admitted to trading on AIM and the TSX.
The Nicaragua-focused company is currently undergoing an acquisition by Philippines-focused Metals Exploration Ltd.
