Condor Gold plc granted 4,900,000 share options, representing 2.41% of the issued share capital, under its existing share option scheme to directors, employees and consultants for 2024.
On 29 May, chief executive Mark Child and non-executive director Ian Stalker each received one million options; chairman Jim Mellon and NED Denham Eke each received 500,000; NED Andrew Cheatle 350,000; chief financial officer Andrew Pearce 300,000; chief technical officer David Crawford 100,000; and other employees and consultants 1.15m.
The options, granted annually as an incentive, exercise at a price of £0.28 pence per share.
Following the grant of the 2024 options, the total share options outstanding will represent 10.59% of the total number of 203,442,778 ordinary shares in issue.
