Condor Gold plc has appointed Jim Mellon as non-executive chairman of the company.
Businessman and investor Mr Mellon has been a non-executive director of Condor Gold for several years and is the largest shareholder with a 18.7% holding.
The appointment was made on 11 October 2022.
Mark Child remains chief executive officer.
