Critical Mineral Resources plc (CMR) has concluded the $525,001 sale of its Cyprus copper assets to PM Ploutonic Metals Ltd and Indo-European Mining PR Ltd.
Staged payments, with dates amended due to market conditions, are expected to complete in December 2023.
The completion of the transaction, which began under CMR’s previous name of Caerus Mineral Resources, reinforces the company’s shift to metals exploration in Morocco.
