Critical Mineral Resources plc has appointed Dominic Traynor as non-executive chairman.
Mr Traynor was appointed a non-executive director of the company two years ago under its previous name of Caerus Mineral Resources.
Over the last year he has worked with the management on the evolution of the CMR’s strategy and its transition to an exploration and development company focused on Morocco.
He has also been instrumental in enhancing the company’s corporate governance policies and protocols.
Mr Traynor is a partner at City law firm Druces LLP which is company secretary to CMR’s former cornerstone investor EV Metals Group.
He is experienced in the public markets and corporate governance, specialising in natural resources.
Mr Traynor was a founding director of SigmaRoc plc and is currently a director of investment firm Prism Group AG.
