Clontarf Energy plc has raised £450,000 before expenses via a placing of one billion new ordinary shares of 0.01p each in the company at a price of 0.045p per placing share.
The placing shares represent approximately 12.2% of Clontarf’s enlarged issued share capital.
Following admission, the company will have 8,193,326,117 ordinary shares in issue, each with the right to one vote.
Net proceeds will fund Clontarf negotiating its bid to extract lithium in Bolivia, including collection, transport and processing of bulk samples, development of a pilot plant and for general working capital.
