Chesterfield board member Peter Damouri to step down

Chesterfield Resources plc announced that Peter Damouri will step down from the board.

The company said that Mr Damouri had accepted a senior executive function elsewhere.

He invested £100,000 in Chesterfield in the latest funding round and will continue to be closely associated with the company as an advisor.
