Caerus Mineral Resources plc has changed its name to Critical Mineral Resources plc, effective from today. Chief executive officer Charlie Long said that the new name reflected the company’s evolved strategy. The company, whose market ticker will remain CMRS, recently entered the Moroccan battery metals sector.
