Central Asia Metals plc has appointed Mike Jonathan Prentis as an independent non-executive director.
He will join the company’s audit, sustainability and nomination committees.
Mr Prentis, 63, is a former fund manager of BlackRock Smaller Companies Trust plc and BlackRock Throgmorton Trust plc.
He has more than 35 years’ experience in investment and capital markets
Mr Prentis owns 7,330 ordinary shares in Central Asia Metals.
