Caerus Mineral Resources plc said that Andrew Daniels had resigned as non-executive director (NED).
Mr Daniels will remain a director of New Cyprus Copper P.A. Ltd which is part of Caerus’ Cypriot portfolio.
New Copper holds joint venture exploration licences in Cyprus.
