Caerus Mineral Resources plc announced that chief executive officer Martyn Churchouse will step down from the post.

He will be succeeded by Charles Long on 16 May 2022.
Mr Churchouse will remain in a senior consulting role to ensure continuity and advancement of the company’s joint venture with Bezant Resources plc for the Troulli copper-gold project in Cyprus.
