Caerus Mineral CEO Martyn Churchouse to step down

Caerus Mineral Resources plc announced that chief executive officer Martyn Churchouse will step down from the post.

He will be succeeded by Charles Long on 16 May 2022.

Mr Churchouse will remain in a senior consulting role to ensure continuity and advancement of the company’s joint venture with Bezant Resources plc for the Troulli copper-gold project in Cyprus.

Jersey Oil & Gas plc chief executive officer Andrew Benitz acquired 14,422 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the company, at a price of 208 pence each. The acquisition on 9 January 2024 results in Mr Benitz holding 716,598 shares, equal to 2.19% of the company’s issued share capital.
