Caerus Mineral Resources plc has appointed Adrian England as an independent non-executive director with immediate effect.
He will be a member of the company’s audit and risk and remuneration committees.
Mr England is a solicitor and has been in practice since 1982.
His areas of expertise include commercial litigation, property litigation, employment and business law.
For more than 20 years, Mr England has represented numerous public limited companies in substantial commercial litigation matters and undertakes most of his client’s advocacy in court.
He currently holds no beneficial interest in the shares of the company.
