Caerus chairman Michael Johnson retires

Caerus Mineral Resources plc said that one of the company’s founders and non-executive chairman Professor Michael Johnson is to retire.

NEW CHAIRMAN

He will be replaced by Brian Rowbotham who will assume the role on 16 May 2022.

Mr Rowbotham has extensive board level experience in several areas of the financial services sector including investment banking, stockbroking, fund management and private equity.
