Borders issues 500,000 shares in warrant exercise

Borders & Southern Petroleum plc has issued 500,000 new ordinary shares in the company following an exercise of warrants over 500,000 new ordinary shares of 1 pence each.

DARWIN

The exercise price of 1.5 pence per warrant share gives the company an aggregate £7,500.

Following admission, Borders’ total issued share capital of the company will comprise 831,314,456 ordinary shares, each with voting rights.

The company holds no ordinary shares in treasury.

Borders offshore production licences, including the Darwin gas condensate discovery area, are located in the South Falkland Basin.
