Block Energy plc said it would retain the services of a former non-executive director as a technical consultant.
Earlier in July, Chris Brown announced his resignation which the company said became effective today instead of the previously announced date of 2 October 2021.
Chairman Philip Dimmock said that Mr Brown had decided to step back from his non-executive role to concentrate on technical advisory work.
“The board thanks Chris for applying his considerable technical expertise over the past three years to the development of the company’s strategy.
“I look forward to the company continuing to benefit from Chris’s experience in his new role as technical consultant.”
