The company said that despite weather conditions causing operational delays its subsidiary has now incorporated the results into the geotechnical survey planning.

Adverse weather also delayed the vessel due to conduct the geotechnical site survey, which is now preparing to mobilise to the Chuditch survey area.

The geotechnical work, expected to complete during April, aims to identify potential hazards at the proposed well site, allowing a drilling rig to be located safely and with minimal environmental impact.

The site survey comprises geophysical studies of remote seabed investigation and geotechnical work relating to physical studies of the seabed, using two separate vessels.
