Ascent Resources plc chief executive officer Andrew Dennan has engaged in direct and indirect share dealing in the company.
On 20 December C4 Energy Ltd sold 2,173,913 ordinary shares of £0.005 each in Ascent at 2.2023p per share for £47,876.08 and now holds no shares in the company.
Mr Dennan holds a 25% beneficial interest in C4 Energy and had a indirect interest in 543,478 shares before the sale.
On 23 December, he purchased 550,000 shares in Ascent at 1.9p per share for £10,450.
Mr Dennan is subsequently directly interested in 2,690,000 shares in the company, representing 0.98% of the issued ordinary share capital.
