Arkle Resources plc shareholder Andrew Batchelor is reported to have more than halved his shares in the company to below 3%.
In April 2023, Mr Batchelor increased his holding to 25 million ordinary shares, representing 6.32% of the issued share capital.
The Irish gold and zinc exploration company yesterday said that, following a recent review of its share register, it believed Mr Batchelor’s shareholding had fallen below 3%.
