Arkle NED purchases 5m shares

Arkle Resources plc non-executive director David Cockbill has acquired 5 million ordinary shares of €0.0025 each in the company.

The purchase, at 0.23p and 0.24p per share, takes his beneficial interest in the company to 18,435,408 ordinary shares.

The figure represents 3.26% of Arkle’s issued share capital.
