Angus Energy plc has signed an off-take agreement with Shell Energy Europe Ltd, a division of Royal Dutch Shell plc, for the entire production from the Saltfleetby gas field in Lincolnshire.

“We are pleased to have signed this agreement with Shell Energy which will cover all of the gas produced from Saltfleetby,” said managing director George Lucan.
The company said that the terms of the agreement were in line with the assumptions used in its CPR and that it was pleased to have “such a robust partner for gas sales.”
