Angus Energy plc has appointed, subject to regulatory checks, Krzysztof Zielicki as a non-executive director on the board.
Mr Zielicki has more than 40 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry.
He previously held leading roles for several energy majors, including BP and Rosneft, where he was vice president for M&A and strategy.
Mr Zielicki also has a wealth of technical, commercial and managerial experience.
