Angus Energy plc technical director Andrew Hollis has formally stepped down as part of a series of changes announced in March.

He previously left the board as the company focuses on the aggregation, production and storage of gas.

Power Metal Resources plc raised £100,000 following notice to exercise warrants over 5,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each (warrant shares).
