Angus Energy plc said it today raised £750,000 through the placing of 115,384,611 ordinary shares to certain institutional and other investors at 0.65 pence per share.
The placing price represents a discount of approximately 10.3% to the closing price of 0.725 pence per ordinary share on 2 December 2021.
USES
Proceeds will go towards its projects in Saltfleetby; geothermal sites; oil fields; and working capital and general costs.
