Angus Energy plc chief executive officer Richard Herbert has bought 5 million ordinary shares of 0.002p each at an average price of 0.5 pence per ordinary share.
The purchase on 16 April takes Mr Herbert’s shareholding in the company 8.3m ordinary shares representing 0.02% of Angus Energy’s issued share capital.
