Angus Energy plc chief executive officer Richard Herbert bought 3,300,000 ordinary shares of 0.002p each in the company at an average price of 0.75434 per ordinary share.

Mr Herbert’s holding totals the same number of shares for £24,893 representing 0.09% of Angus’ issued share capital.
