Angus Energy appoints Paul Forrest as NED

Angus Energy plc has appointed Paul Forrest as a non-executive director.

Mr Forrest is the owner and sole director of Forum Energy Services Ltd, which sold 100% of Saltfleetby Energy Ltd to Angus in May 2022.

He holds 546,000,000 ordinary shares representing 21.08% of the company’s issued share capital.

Mr Forrest has broad hydrocarbon and financial experience as well as intimate knowledge of the Saltfleetby gas field. 

He has 19 years’ experience in the natural resources sector, including 10 years in offshore oil and gas in the Philippines, and more recently seven years UK onshore oil and gas culminating in the acquisition of the Saltfleetby project in 2019.

Mr Forrest is the former financial controller of Forum Energy plc and Celtic Resources plc.

He is a director or partner of Anglo African Oil & Gas plc, Salfleetby Energy Ltd, Saltfleetby Energy Europe Ltd, Forum Energy Services Ltd, The Orwell Group Ltd, PXOG Massey Ltd, and Forrest Kolebuk Development Spoka Zorganiczona Od Powiedzalno Scia.
