Angus Energy plc said that, after receiving exercise notices, it issued 5,803,226 ordinary shares of £0.002 each in the capital of the company.
These are at varying exercise prices of 150,000 shares at 0.9 pence per share, 5,250,000 shares at 1 pence per share and 403,226 shares at 1.2 pence per share.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.
Following the issue of the new shares, the Angus will have 2,589,753,740 ordinary shares in issue, each share carrying the right to one vote.
