Anglesey Mining plc non-executive director Namrata Verma has resigned with immediate effect to pursue other interests.

Ms Verma was appointed to the role in December 2021.
Interim chairman Andrew King said: “On behalf of the board of Anglesey, I would like to thank Namrata for her contribution to the company and we wish her well for the future.”
The company intends to begin the process to recruit a new NED.
