Altus Strategies plc has granted share options for a total 3,425,000 ordinary shares of £0.05 each to certain directors, employees and consultants.
SCHEME
The share options have exercise prices of £0.65 for 3,125,000 ordinary shares and £0.7315 for 300,000 ordinary shares, representing an 11.1% and 25% premium respectively.
Directors and a person discharging managerial responsibilities received in aggregate 2,450,000 options, while employees and consultants received the balance of a total 975,000 options.
The share options were granted under Altus’s 2019 share option scheme.
