Altus starts 11,300m drill campaign at Diba gold project, Mali

Altus Strategies plc has begun a 11,300m to expand the mineral resource estimate (MRE) at its 100% owned Diba gold project in western Mali.

Campaign: additional 7,500m air core drilling will test undrilled satellite targets at the Diba gold deposit (generic)

TESTS

Diba hosts a shallow-dipping, near-surface gold deposit and a number of other prospective targets.

The drill campaign comprises 10,000m reverse circulation (RC) and 1,300m diamond drilling (DD) and follows the end of the rainy season.

In addition to expanding the current MRE, the programme will test the strike and down dip potential of the Diba NW discovery.

It will also test the extent of the high-grade zone within the Diba deposit.

An additional 7,500m air core drilling programme will test undrilled satellite targets.
