Altona Rare Earths plc reported an 18.40% acquisition of the company’s voting rights.
A TR-1 notification form showed that John Wardle, a shareholder of Tracarta Ltd, based in Guernsey crossed the threshold on 19 July and notified Altona on 24 July.
Dr Wardle is now the largest investor in Altona with 30 million shares, followed by John Story and Richard Jennings each with 15m shares, each equal to 9.20%.
As of 25 July, the company has a total 163,015,866 shares, of which 45.05% is held in public hands.
