Altona Rare Earths plc has appointed Simon Charles as chairman, with immediate effect.
He first joined the company in June 2023 as an independent non-executive director and chair of the audit committee and the compliance committee.
Mr Charles is a solicitor and a senior partner at City solicitors Marriott Harrison LLP.
He replaces Martin Wood who left earlier this month.
