Altona Energy plc announced that Christian Taylor-Wilkinson has been made Altona’s full-time CEO.
Mr Taylor-Wilkinson has represented the board as a non-executive director since 1 February 2019 and interim chief executive since 20 March 2020.
The company said that for the past 12 months he has been the main driver of its new rare earths mining strategy.
Phillip Sutherland, an Altona director since 2007, is to retire at the end of February 2021 to spend more time with his family in Australia.
