Alba Mineral Resources plc announced that non-executive director Lars Brünner had today tendered his resignation with immediate effect from the board of the company.
Mr Brünner will focus on his other interests, including the company’s spin-out GreenRoc, of which he is a non-executive director.
He has also waived his rights to 4,000,000 share warrants in Alba which had vested with an exercise price of 0.5p each.
