Alba secures full ownership of Clogau

Alba Mineral Resources plc has completed the acquisition of a further 10% in Gold Mines of Wales Ltd to hold 100% of the Clogau gold project within the Dolgellau Gold Belt in North Wales. 

SHARES

The company will apply for the 200 million company consideration shares to be admitted to trading on AIM.

Following admission, the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 6,604,645,919.
